We created PlanITPDQ to be an easy way to build a content calendar where you can collaborate with your team, plan your projects on a visual timeline view, and track top-line analytics. We would love you to log in and never leave, but we strongly suggest that you download your PlanIT in .csv format.

First, you’ll have a backup in case something goes awry. Second, you’ll be able to open it in Google Sheets, Excel, or any other format that integrates with .csv files for anyone who requires that kind of reporting.

Luckily, it’s very easy to do – here’s how:

  • Click on the red button in the lower right-hand corner of your PlanIT, and select Download as CSV. Choose where you want it saved on your hard drive and you’ve got it.

FYI, if you want to look at your PlanIT in a different format, simply click on the Project List tab on your PlanIT to see a row-and-column based display. Click on any header to sort the information.
